Entry #173 - In-Game Description Error
The game's description of the item states 1 additional PP per character encountered in "Town". This is actually inaccurate, you get 1 additional PP per two characters encountered in "Town".

12 (starting) + 75 (25x3 from iconPack Up: 15 from picking them up, 10 from the shop) + 12 (24x0.5 from characters) = 99
