DEF Trade is incredibly useful in on loop 2 or beyond because it will still provide the damage taken -20%, but the attack -15% is almost unnoticeable due to the fact that MAX rank can give almost +1000% attack or more (I tested this out on the test dummy to ensure that the damage is additive and not multiplicative).
