The charged (or double-charged) shot costs ALL of 
Ribbon's MP and [40 x (number of easter eggs)] EN. If you have insufficient EN, the shot will still launch like normal, but it will only deal 1 damage. A charged shot also has a huge effect on the rank gauge; it can bring you from an E to an A in a single shot.
After reaching a certain number of easter eggs, the charged shot will also heal
Erina for 2.5% of her max HP (as long as she is not at 1 HP with 
Survival equipped).
