Entry #199 - Charged Shot Slow Field
A charged shot from the 
Chaos Rod leaves a small field that slows down anyone (including 
Erina) inside of it. This slowdown can be nullified through the 
Top Form badge. Note that Top Form also works on the chaos bombs from 
Cocoa 2 and purple UPRPRC girls, however it does not work on the giant chaos field that 
Pandora can summon around her nor does it work on 
Miriam's Chaos Rod.
