During your 3rd Stele trip, after the 2nd Otaku mid-boss fight, it's always a good idea to enter the CreSpirit secret base regardless if you already have the achievement, because the 
Heal Zone within it is incredibly useful for gaining back all lost hp before the 
Noah/
