Entry #218 - Requires Hammer
It may already seem fairly obvious, but this item requires the 
Piko Hammer to function.
You can actually obtain this item without having thePiko Hammer because the only pre-requisite to obtaining it is the 
Sliding Powder, but pressing the buttons to use it will do nothing.
Kind of strange because it is the same animation as when you fight aerial
Lilith and you magically obtain the Piko Hammer there.
