You need to master the Hidden Techs to be able to pull this one off:
There are hidden passageways that let's you reach
[B] Ribbon before 
[B] Cocoa.
Word of advice for those who are doing a no hammer run (
What hammer?), it is easier to beat [B] Ribbon 'without' the 
Piko Hammer as the fight becomes an endurance round.
See the attached video for the complete path.
You get the achievement right after beating[B] Ribbon.
