Entry #47 - It is pretty unnecessary, but...
You have to do it for this achievement. This achievement triggers once you've talked to a specific number of 'useless' NPCs (number still unknown). Talking to every NPC you encounter on your way to Rabi Rabi Town (from a new game) will do the trick. If you did, the achievement would trigger near the end of the beach.
