Entry #56 - Alternative route.
This can also be achieved in True Boss Rush with Rita in the beta contents given that you have the Artbook DLC. Once you reached Round 9, you would face Saya. With Rita, you wouldn't even need to "defeat" Saya, but more like just attack her once.
