Entry #9 - Main Story Completed

Just play the story mode and you'l get this after completing the first part of the game on the Hell difficulty.
You should get this achievement upon seeing the credits after defeating ??? (No joke, that's actually the name of the boss).

Doing so will unlock Post-Game on Hell difficulty. I hope you've toughened enough for this, because this is were the casual players are separated from the real players.
